The Energy Charting and Metrics Tool (ECAM) is a Microsoft Excel add-on which helps you analyse building energy data.

You can take existing metering data in a variety of formats, such as half-hourly metering and carry out a number of analyses. These include charting and filtering data to look at years, months and days. You can also do weather normalization, pre/post comparisons after retrofits, and modelling and verification (M&V).
